Reporting from Ibadan city, the recent fuel scarcity has bitten the city of Ibadan really hard,and it has forced an increase in the pump price of the inevitable product,as it is now selling at N120 per litre.
According to report,most filling stations are still closing their gates to motorists for the fifth day,the few that sold it on Sunday,February 28,witnessed a long queue of motorists, who struggled to buy fuel.
The scarcity forced the price of the product to sell within the range of N110 and N120 per liter and yet, motorists queued up to buy.
An independent marketer said the scarcity was a mark of problem in the oil sector, he added that the sector requires reform and transformation.
