Forgetting everything we’ve gone through.
Facing the downturn of events.
Reasoning along with me in our encumbered shell.
For everything ever.
All they do is to place the bill on me.
All hopes shattered
We live in the shadow of ourselves.
This as a result of our ignorance.
For all we do is sit and watch ourselves buried.
Instead of us to strive for our own destiny.
The bill was only placed on me.
Glories gone,
Hopes faded
Dreams shattered.
We place our various destinies into the hands of our despotic leaders.
Fiddling with our destiny like the toddler playing in the rain.
For my fellow to fight for their own life,
Instead the bill for their own misfortune was placed on me.
I know I have nothing to defend with.
All I can do is preach to them, against indifference.
For us to stop blaming our misfortune on conditions and circumstances.
For our people to be conscious and wary of those whom we entrust our destinies.
We can all pull it down,
We can fall it through,
The plight of the merciless and lethargic leaders.
